LUMO PLAY – mobile app for playground control

An innovative mobile application (iOS and Android) that uses Bluetooth technology to control interactive elements at PLAY-PARK brand playgrounds.

Scope of work: business analysis, UX/UI design, native app development, testing, maintenance.

Process digitalisation

Puzzle – ERP system modernisation and development

We supported a trading and manufacturing company in optimising key business processes through an audit and rebuild of their internal ERP system, based on a modern technology stack.

Scope of work: architecture audit, implementation of improvements, design and deployment of new architecture (Python/Django), consulting and ongoing development support.

Artificial intelligence

Trampoline Design Studio – web configurator with AI module

A web application for designing personalised patterns on trampoline mats. The system was enhanced with an AI module for automatic graphic generation and tools to support the quoting process.

Scope of work: business analysis, UX/UI design, web application development (Flutter), testing, maintenance.

Project 4 — 3D configurator

Playground Design Studio – 3D design application

An advanced desktop application (running in the browser via WebAssembly) for designing playgrounds in 3D, integrated with a commercial quoting system.

Scope of work: business analysis, UX/UI design, development (C++), testing, maintenance planned.
